Terms & Conditions

In India, LANDMARK WORLDSIDE observes following Terms & Conditions for the purpose of doing business for any material brought to the knowledge of the company.

FOR ITEM LESS THAN INR 100 CRORES UNDER NORMAL PACKING

Security deposit for movement outside mumbai is 15 lakhs
Within Mumbai limit it will be 9 lakhs
Bank payment will attract plus 15% tax.
The above security deposit will be returned back once the material is confirmed for doing business.

Movement date will be communicated in writing within 4 to 5 working days from the date of receipt of security deposit.

Within city limit Spot Token of 5 C on the same day within 4 hours from checking and packing the item. Otherwise item will be brought to the nearest hotel for joint custody before token.

Regular payment will start from 2nd day after mutual discussion. Bank payment will take 21 to 30 working days.

Item to be shown before 1.00 p.m. Earlier the better. After 1.00 p.m. movement get cancelled and security deposit forfeited.

After token and packing, joint custody at nearest 5 star hotel on mutual consent.

All expenses will be taken care by the company after confirmation of the item.

Item should be available or shown  where a four wheeler can go easily and mobile network to be there.

Necessary security will accompany the checker & at the time of token payment.

Item will be checked in presence of One witness from each side.

Item to be given free hand testing. Checker will wash the item as per normal practice. May ask the seller to show the testing.

No DP items are there. Please do not go after that and waste time.

Token amount more than 5 C will increase the security deposit.

No refund or carried forward of security deposit once movement is cancelled.

On payment of token, parties will discuss regarding  schedule and bank payment & start documentation process.

The company reserves its rights to change the above terms & conditions without notice.

In the unlikely event of a dispute place of jurisdiction will be Mumbai, India

 

FOR ITEM MORE THAN INR 100 CRORE VALUE

Security deposit for normal packing item movement with  anti radiation jacket  is 35 lakhs plus 15% tax if payment is thru bank.

Security deposit for  packed item movement  with  anti radiation jacket is minimum 70 lakhs plus 15% tax if payment is thru bank. Actual amount will be worked out once packing details are received.

Scanning procedure will be also undertaken for a fees of Rs21 Lakhs plus 15% tax. Here the token will come within 5 th working days.

Other terms and conditions are same as indicated for less than 12 MR
